Tonya Schumacher is the founder of New Beginnings For All, a nonprofit dedicated to creating a more compassionate, sustainable, and connected world for people, animals, and the planet. Her path has been one of deep personal growth, transformation, and service.

Raised in a small Wisconsin town, Tonya’s early experiences shaped a lifelong commitment to helping others live more meaningful, balanced lives. Over the years, she has navigated challenges that strengthened her resilience and clarity of purpose. Through those experiences, she discovered a passion for supporting others in reconnecting with themselves, their communities, and the natural world.

Tonya is also the founder of Pathway to a Brighter Future LLC, a platform through which she shares her work as an author and educator. Her writing and teachings focus on self-discovery, well-being, and creating positive change from the inside out.

With a background in both academic and service leadership, Tonya has consistently demonstrated a heart for service and a talent for empowering others. As a college student, she led her honor society chapter to a 5-star national ranking and served as president of both local and state chapters of a national business organization. Her efforts earned her multiple awards, including the President’s Volunteer Service Award.

Today, Tonya brings together her life experience, leadership skills, and passion for helping others to lead New Beginnings For All. Her work is guided by a vision of a healthier, more harmonious future—one where people, animals, and nature thrive together. Tonya’s life and work reflect a deep inner clarity and a commitment to walking her path with compassion, integrity, and wisdom.
